2016 CHS HOMECOMING WINNERS

Celeste High School’s 2016 Homecoming winners Jared Moore and Myranda Kittelson were announced during the homecoming half-time program on Friday, September 28, 2016. 

Jared is the son of Mike Moore and Jake & Kimberly Reynolds. Jared has been drum captain for two years and has been involved in drums for 4 years. He plans to attend UT Southwestern and pursue a career as a Pediatric Cardiologist.

Myranda Kittelson is the daughter of Jeff and Stacie Kittelson. Myranda has been involved in FFA and softball for 4 years, track for 2 years, and basketball and cheer for 1 year. Upon graduation Myranda plans to be a certified nurse’s aide. She plans to further her education at Texas State University to specialize in Neo-Natal intensive care.

2016 CHS Homecoming Nominees:

Joseph Stevens is the son Joseph & Cynthia Stevens. Joseph has been involved in football for 3 years and track for one year. After high school, he plans to attend Northwest Lineman College in Denton, Texas to further his education and become a power lineman. 

Whitney Gilliam is the daughter of Nick and Theresa Gilliam, and Hillary Sampson. She has been a Beta Club officer for 3 years and a member for 4 years. She has been involved in dance for 4 years and an officer for 2 years. Whitney has also been involved in basketball, softball, and has been a class officer for 4 years. She was involved in cross country 1 year. She plans to attend an out of state 4 year university and pursue a career in business marketing and advertising.

Xavier Edwards is the son of Kevin and Zarina Edwards. Zay has been on the varsity football team for 4 years, basketball and track for 3 years, and tennis for 2 years. He plans to attend Southeastern Oklahoma State University and would love to continue his basketball career there. While in attendance, he plans to major in physical therapy with a minor in English.

Maddie Minter is the daughter of Jason and Kelly Minter. Maddie has been involved in Cross Country and basketball for 4 years, cheerleading, beta club, and powerlifting for 3 years, track for 2 years, and dance 1 year. After graduation, Maddie plans on attending a four year university to pursue a career in criminal justice or physical therapy.
