BETA CLUB PRESENTS HUNT COUNTY PETS ALIVE VOLUNTEERS WITH DONATIONS FOR HOMELESS PETS

The Celeste High School Beta Club appreciates your help for our furry friends this holiday season.  With the help of your generous donations, the Beta Club was able to present the Hunt County Pets Alive with many needed items for homeless pets.  Dry and canned foods for dogs, puppies, cats and kittens as well as leashes, collars, treats, bones, food/water bowls and sweaters were collected.  Donations of bedding and gently used blankets and towels will help keep these pets warm this winter.  The Beta Club organized a dodgeball tournament at the high school which brought in over $450 for the cause!  Hunt County Pets Alive sends many thanks to all those who donated.  The Beta Club is proud to announce that several puppies and cats were adopted during the drive!

For more information, to donate and to view all pets available for adoption, visit the Hunt County Pets Alive website at www.huntcountypetsalive.org or on Facebook at Hunt County Pets Alive.

Beta Club Officers presented Dr. Karri McCreary, one of the veterinarians that help and save animals in Hunt County for the Hunt County Pets Alive, and Julie Bell, a HCPA volunteer, with the donated items for our homeless pets.
