JORDAN CASEY WRIGHT PLAQUE DEDICATION - July 29, 2016

Lights illuminated the summer night sky at the Blue Devil Baseball Field on July 28, 2016.  The Celeste community, family and friends gathered at the field for a special event to kick-off the 2^nd Annual Jordan Casey Wright Baseball Tournament. The night began with a plaque dedication honoring the late Jordan Wright.  Christy and Justin Wright unveiled the new plaque that hangs on the Blue Devil dugout as Josh Wright spoke words of encouragement and appreciation for all those responsible for making the dream of the field lights possible.  Following the dedication, there was a friendly softball game between Blue Devil Oldies and Blue Devil high school students and recent graduates.  The Oldies team won 12-5.  Come out and show your support at the baseball tournament July 30-31.

Gary Jackson received the Most Valuable Player award in recognition and sincere appreciation for his outstanding generosity, dedication and support to the Jordan Casey Wright Foundation.  Jackson was responsible for organizing the tournament bracket for the 2^nd annual JCW Baseball Tournament and for preparing and maintaining the Blue Devil baseball field for the event.
