HUNT COUNTY FAIR 2015 RESULTS

Reserve Grand Champion Market Lamb

The 2015 Hunt County Fair has come and gone, and once again, Celeste FFA had a strong showing at the junior market livestock show.  Highlights of the week included Koby Brown’s 3^rd place overall market broilers, Kloe Walkers 3^rd place overall market fryers, Jaxson Dillard’s Reserve Grand Champion Market Lamb and Abby Collida’s Grand Champion Ag Mech project.  Showmanship is another area in which Celeste FFA students excelled.  Jaycee Brown won the Champion Intermediate Swine Showmanship; Preslee Minter won the Champion Junior Sheep Showmanship award, and Justin Richey earned the Champion Intermediate Sheep Showmanship.  Congratulations to these showmanship winners for their hard work and dedication to their animal projects.  It just goes to show that hard work does pay off!  The week came to a close with twenty-four Celeste FFA members selling projects in the Hunt County Fair Sale of Champions.
