FFA BOOSTER CLUB BBQ DINNER & AUCTION

Mark your calendar for Saturday, January 24th, for the Celeste FFA Booster Club Auction and BBQ dinner.

This annual event helps to benefit Celeste FFA students by raising money to purchase Hunt County Fair market animals and projects, scholarships for graduating FFA seniors and travel assistance for FFA sponsored events such as the state convention, judging contests and agricultural mechanics and livestock shows. The BBQ dinner will be served in the Celeste High School dining hall. The cost of the dinner is by donation. The BBQ will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the auction will begin at 6:30 p.m.

There will also be a student cake decorating contest during the auction. Students must be responsible for icing and decorating the cake. Bring the cake to the Celeste High School Dining Hall by 5:00 P.M and enter a division (age 8 and under/age 9 and over). The cake judging will begin at 6:00 P.M. Winners will be announced at 6:30 P.M., and the auction will follow. Prizes will be given out for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The cakes will be sold during the auction.
