LADY DEVILS 5K COLOR FUN RUN/WALK

Over 100 students, parents, community members and even some from outside the Celeste community joined together for a 5K Color Blast Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, May 16, 2015.

The 5K Color Blast was a fundraiser for Celeste Lady Devils Jr. High, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Basketball teams in an attempt to raise enough money to attend team camp at Texas A & M University in June.  Luckily the rain held off, and the race was able to go as planned.  The event kicked off with a warm-up for the runners by REFIT Revolution Fitness which will soon be coming to Kingston Baptist Church.  Color blast fun was had by all, as the Lady Devils blasted the runners/walkers at different stations throughout the race.  Thanks to all the volunteers and participants that supported this fund raiser. It has made a huge difference for the Lady Devils in reaching their goal to attend basketball camp.
