CONGRATS TO LBD SOFTBALL TEAM

Lady Blue Devils Have a Successful Softball Season and are Bi-District Champs

The Lady Blue Devils beat North Hopkins 10 - 8 on Tuesday, April 29, to become Bi-District Champions.  The Lady Blue Devils started fast, scoring runs in three of the first four innings to take a 10 - 4 lead into the top of the 6th.  North Hopkins mounted a comeback, however, and scored 4 runs, bringing excitement to the game.  However, the Lady Blue Devils shut them out in the top of the 7th to secure the victory and claim the Bi-District Championship. The Lady Blue Devils lost to Lindsay (7-2) in the Area Championship game.
