SENIOR CITIZENS NIGHT

Despite the lightning, storms and the torrential downpour, over seventy senior citizens made it out for the annual senior citizen night at Celeste High School on Friday, August 26, 2016.  The drum corps, drill team and cheerleaders performed for the seniors. Following the entertainment, the guests of honor were served a special dinner by members of the high school and junior high FFA and Beta Club.  The annual event gives Celeste ISD an opportunity to recognize, show our appreciation and thank our local senior citizens for their support, guidance and wisdom throughout the years.
