Eight students in Mr. Steve Wilson’s agricultural construction class recently learned how to mix and pour concrete to make a walkway. The students set frames for a 30 foot by 2 foot sidewalk on December 14, 2017. Thirty-five bags of concrete weighing eighty pounds each were used to complete the task. The students mixed the concrete using two wheelbarrows, and they worked as a crew to pour, level and smooth a new sidewalk near the agriculture science shop. Students that were involved in the concrete project included Justin Wood, Jacob Smith, Kambrie Hogue, Kyle Gosnell, Kristian Killingsworth, Kenneth Spoonemore, Brady Linton, and Clayton Riley.
