CELESTE ATHLETES ADVANCING TO STATE!

Golf: Jacob Sullivan
State Meet: May 14-15

Celeste High School senior, Jacob Sullivan, is state bound in boys golf. At the Regional golf competition that was held at the Old Brickyard Golf Course in Ferris, he had a 2 day total of 150.  He shot 78 on day one and 72 on day two. Par was 70.  Sullivan will compete at the Roy Kizer Golf Course in Austin on May 14-15.

24^th Individual at State Golf!
Jacob Sullivan shot a respectable 85 for his round 2 at the State Golf tournament bringing his 2 day total to 165, placing 24^th!

Tennis: Ben Lewis
State Meet: May 17-18

Congratulations to Celeste High School senior, Ben Lewis.  He placed 2nd in the Regional Tennis Meet that was held at McKinney Boyd High School on April 18-19.  He qualified for the state meet which will be held on May 17-18 at George P. Mitchell Tennis Center and the Omar Smith Intramural Tennis Center, Texas A&M University.
