FFA Livestock Judging Team Qualifies for State

What a day for the Celeste FFA Livestock judging team! The team consisting of Raegan Sumrow, Jaxson Dillard, Jaycee Brown and Kloe Walker competed in the Area /State Qualifying contest that was put on by Texas A&M University-Commerce. In the contest, there were 73 teams and 269 individuals. The team placed 1st in Area 5 and qualified for the State Livestock Judging contest on May 3-4 in College Station. Individually, Raegan was 3rd overall, Jaxson 5th Overall, Jaycee 9th overall and Kloe 12th overall. That is out of 269 participants. The team did an amazing job. Congratulations on making it to the state competition.  This makes the fourth consecutive year for the livestock judging team to qualify for state!
