Celebrating Excellence: Mrs. Falco Named Master Teacher!

Celeste ISD is proud to celebrate one of our own, Mrs. Falco, who has been officially designated as a Master Teacher by the Texas Education Agency. This honor is a reflection of her dedication, passion, and excellence in the classroom, and we are thrilled to see her recognized.

Mrs. Falco has made an incredible impact in her time with Celeste ISD. From the moment she stepped into her first teaching role, she has exemplified what it means to be a committed and compassionate educator. Her classroom is a place of growth, encouragement, and learning, where students are inspired to be their very best.

When asked what she loves most about Celeste ISD, Mrs. Falco shared, "I absolutely love the effort that the whole community puts into their children's education. The strong sense of loyalty and familiarity that the students have to each other is extremely admirable. Apart from the wonderful community, and fantastic students, I love all of my coworkers, and admin. This being my first teaching position, I have heard stories of administrations that don't always work with their teachers to better the lives of their students. I can honestly say that the administration at Celeste ISD is absolutely amazing, and is always in support of us."

Her words capture the heart of Celeste ISD—a district built on mutual respect, community pride, and a shared commitment to student success. We are honored to have Mrs. Falco on our team and grateful for the passion she brings to her students each and every day.

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Falco on this well-deserved achievement. Her recognition as a Master Teacher is not only a testament to her talent and dedication, but also a reflection of the values that make Celeste ISD such a special place to learn and grow.
