In a world where teaching is far more than a profession, Kristie Campbell stands out as a true example of purpose, passion, and heart. For the past 15 years, Kristie has dedicated herself to educating young minds with love, compassion, and unwavering belief in each child’s unique potential. As a proud teacher at Celeste ISD, she treasures being part of a district that lives out its motto: Small School, Big Heart.
“It is a privilege, honor, and blessing to work here,” Kristie shares. “You are valued not only as an educator but as a friend.” That sense of community and support has deeply shaped her journey as a teacher and as a person.
Driven by a lifelong love of learning and a heart for children, Kristie feels called to the classroom — a calling she attributes to her faith. Whether teaching, parenting, or serving at church, she pours herself into helping others grow and thrive. Her goals for students go far beyond academics: “I strive for students to feel valued, cared for, and successful,” she says. “When you believe in students, even before they believe in themselves, and they finally begin to see it — that’s the real reward.”
Kristie’s approach to teaching is anything but one-size-fits-all. She sees each student as a unique individual and adapts her goals to meet their needs. It’s that kind of intentional, heartfelt teaching that leaves a lasting impact.
Outside of the classroom, Kristie’s heart belongs to her family — her husband, Jordan, and their three precious daughters: Brinlee, Macie, and Lainey. Together, they love camping, fishing, swimming, reading, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Family, she says, is her greatest blessing from God.
Celeste ISD is grateful for the light and love Kristie brings to every part of her work. Her faith, dedication, and care for others make her not just an exceptional teacher, but an irreplaceable part of the Celeste family.
Thank you, Kristie Campbell, for the difference you make — one student, one smile, one heart at a time.
