Good Luck Bella at the Dallas Regional Spelling Bee!

Celeste ISD held the Hunt County Scripps Spelling Bee contest on Monday, February 10, 2020.  The Spelling Bee was open to 4th-8th grade public, private, charter, and home school students.  Celeste Junior High School eighth grader, Bella Guajardo, won first place, and she will represent Hunt County at the 62nd Annual Golden Chick Dallas Regional Spelling Bee on March 7th at 10:30 a.m. at the WFAA-Victory Park Studio.  There will also be a broadcast date on March 22nd at 1:00 p.m. on WFAA, Channel 8.  The top two participants of the of the Dallas Regional Spelling Bee will receive all-expenses paid trips to the Washington D.C. area to participate in the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
