Friday Night Football Begins! Senior Citizen Night @ 6PM on Aug. 27

Celeste ISD welcomed students and families back to school on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Meet the Teacher Night. Following Meet the Teacher, members of the football team, cheerleaders, drill team, cross country team and coaching staff were introduced during the Meet the Blue Devils event. The 2021 Blue Devil football team captains were announced during Meet the Blue Devils Night. The team captains, Jawonte Stpehens, Brandon Lewis, Ky Jackson, Seth Buckley and Brody Pryor were voted on by their teammates. Discipline over desire (D.O.D) is the theme for the 2021-22 Blue Devils.

The Blue Devils will take on the Muenster Hornets in the first home game of the season on Friday, August 27 at 7:30 p.m. Prior to the game, all senior citizens are invited to attend Senior Citizen Night, which will be held in the Celeste High School Cafeteria at 6 p.m. Senior citizens will be treated to a meal, performances by cheer, drill and drums, and our special guests will receive season passes to home football and basketball games.
