2022 Valedictorian & Salutatorian

Celeste High School is proud to announce the Class of 2022 Valedictorian Jerret Stone and Salutatorian Dylan Tenney: 

2022 Val

Jerret Stone is the son of Dewayne and Shannon Smith and JW and Stacie Stone. He is the Class of 2022 Valedictorian graduating with a GPA of 106.848. He is currently serving as the senior class president as well as an active member of the Beta club, FFA, and FCA. Throughout high school, he has participated in cross country, basketball, baseball, powerlifting, and track & field. He was a state finalist in cross country both his junior and senior year. He also placed 3rd at the regional powerlifting meet his senior year, where he set the regional bench press record. After High School, he will be attending the Honors College at Texas A&M University-Commerce where he plans to earn a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Agribusiness with a minor in finance.


2022 Sal

Dylan Tenney is the son of Deven and Jennifer Tenney. He is the Salutatorian of Celeste High School with a GPA of 4.51. Dylan has been involved in several activities throughout high school, including Theatre, Cross Country, Track, Baseball, Basketball, and Drum Corps. He has been a part of a Regional Qualifying team twice in Cross Country, and participated in an extensive volunteer program at Celeste Elementary School. Dylan plans to attend the University of Texas at Arlington and major in Computer Science.
