TAMU-C Dean of Agriculture Speaks to FFA Members

Dr. Randy Harp, PH.D., Dean and Professor in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas A&M University – Commerce, spoke to Celeste FFA members on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.  Dr. Harp gave students an overview of the abundant programs that are offered through the college of agriculture at TAMU-C.  He discussed student housing, scholarships, degrees, organizations and opportunities for student involvement on the TAMU-C campus.  Dr. Harp also gave students a chance to ask questions at the conclusion of his presentation.  “We appreciate that Dr. Harp would take the time to come visit with our students.  He has a very genuine passion for helping students, making connections and advocating for agriculture,” said Stephen Dillard, Ag science teacher.
