Meet the Blue Devils

Celeste High School held Meet the Teacher and Meet the Blue Devils on Monday, August 14, 2023.  During Meet the Blue Devils, CISD Athletic Director, Demetrius Rector, spoke about the mission and vision of the Blue Devils Football team, and he stressed the importance of the need to be self-disciplined in life and on the field.  Coach Rector introduced the JV/V team captains.  The 2023 varsity team captains are Tanner Minter, Cash Ottwell, Julian Olivares, Nick Clark, and Toby Minter.  The motto of the Blue Devil athletics program is discipline over desire.  Following Coach Rector’s speech, the football players, drill team, cheerleaders, drum corps, cross-country team and the Blue Devil coaches were introduced.
