What to bring:

1. Copy of child’s birth certificate – not hospital certificate
2. Immunization record – signed by the doctor
3. Copy of child’s social security card
4. Documentation of income to qualify for free or reduced meals (proof of food stamps or two pay check stubs) or proof of active military service (Pre-K only)
5. Proof of residency in Celeste ISD – utility bill or tax statement

Pre-K students – Free - must be 4 years of age by September 1 and meet one of the following qualifications:  meet income requirement for free and reduced meals, unable to speak or comprehend the English language, homeless, parent on active duty with Armed Forces of the United States, parent who was member of armed forces and was injured or killed while on active duty, or is or has ever been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services following an adversary hearing.  Documentation of income may be proof of receiving food stamps, W2 form, or two of the most recent check stubs.  Re-verification of current income will also be needed the first week of August.

Pre-K students – Tuition Based - must be 4 years of age by September 1. Those children who are 4 years old and do not meet the above requirements are encouraged to register.  There will be a monthly tuition charge if space is available.  Enrollment is limited.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by September 1.  Registration is for those who were not enrolled in the Celeste Pre-K program this school year.  Those students who are enrolled in our Pre-K class will automatically be enrolled for Kindergarten.
