State Bound Wool Team!

The Celeste FFA Wool team of Lexi Whitaker, Peyton Wright, Linda Beth Norwood, Karlie Williams, Abbey Conner, and Savana Qualls traveled to Weatherford for the Area 5 Wool Contest on April 8, 2024.  The team placed 2^nd out of 20 schools, and qualified for the State Wool Contest which will be held on April 19^th in Lubbock, TX at Texas Tech University.  Peyton Wright was the top individual in the contest placing 1^st out of 71 contestants.  Savana was the second highest individual on the team, placing 7^th overall in the contest.  The team finished the contest just in time to view the solar eclipse which made it a very memorable day for the wool team!  Congrats and good luck at the State Wool Contest!
