I began teaching at Celeste ISD in 2001. I am currently teaching technology at the high school.  I teach Graphics 1 & 2, Business Management 1 & 2, Animation, & Digital Media,  

Technology is ever changing, I learn new things each day from my students.  I am excited to see what I can share and learn with my classes this year.  

My first REAL job was as a certified customer representive at Celeste Insurance Agency.  I worked there throughout my college career and learned so many things from Sammy & Vicki Griffis.

After college, I went into commercial real estate at Gadeke Landers, LLC. in downtown Dallas as a Human Resource Representative.  I worked here for a year and realized that my real dream was to be a teacher, so back to school I went.  

My first teaching experience began at Lewisville HS in 2000.  I taught Business Education and Webmastering.  I came back to my hometown of Celeste to be a 4^th grade teacher.  I taught 4^th grade under the wonderful, Reba Barnard for 4 years and moved to the HS to be a computer technology teacher.  

In 2000, I was married to Chad Brown in Wolfe City, TX.  We have two beautiful children, Jaycee and Koby. Jaycee graduated from Celeste High School and is now attending TWU in Denton and studying to be a dental hygientist.  Koby is currently a senior here at CHS.  We spend most of our time at sporting events as our family loves golf and basketball. We also spend a lot of time showing  chickens and supporting Celeste FFA. 

In my spare time I love spending time with my husband, daughter and son. I enjoy Christian fellowship at the Celeste Methodist Church here in town. I also love craftng in my spare time.
