About Me

Education

Educational History:

I am a proud Celeste Blue Devil being an alumni, Class of 2007. I attended Texas Tech University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. In 2013, I began working on my teaching certification by attending the Alternative Certification program at Texas A&M University- Commerce.

Degrees and Certifications:

Bachelor of Science- Exercise Sports Sciences with a minor in Business Administration

I am certified to teach Math in grades 4-12, and plan to sit for a few more certification tests soon.

Professional Experience

Current Position:

I began teaching at Celeste ISD in 2015. I teach Algebra 1, Honors Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Honors Algebra 2.

Previous Position:

I began my teaching career in 2014. My first year was served at Community ISD where I taught 7^th and 8^th Grade Math.

Family Info

Family Information:

I married the love of my life, Lionel, in July 2022. I have 4 step-children: Kaya (18), Bubby (16), Serenity (10), and Sebastian (7) and 1 biological daughter, Mylah (14 months old).
