I have been working at Celeste High School since 2017.  I love teaching in a small community and enjoy the personal connection and ability to get to know my students.  I am the Academic Advisor for our high school students.  

I have served as a school librarian for Frisco High School, Incarnate Word High School (Corpus Christi, TX) and taught junior high and high school English and history in south Texas since 2000.

I have been married to my amazing husband and best friend Darren since 1988.  We have two sons and one daughter.  They have blessed us with seven beautiful grandchildren who call us Lolli and Pop. We moved to this area in 2017 and built our “forever” home where we plan to retire and enjoy the country life with our grandkids.
