Feb. 28 – March, Celeste High School Beta Members competed at the State Beta Convention. The following students have advanced to nationals by placing in state competitions:

Sarah Hawkins- 4th place in Spelling

Cynthia Konicek- 4th place in Psychology

Tess Duckworth- 1st place in both Creative Writing and Color Photography

Cyrus Ford- 4th place in Woodworking

Elizabeth Rodriguez- 1st place in Division 1 Painting

Maddison Downs- 3rd place in Mixed Media Art

Nationals will be held in Orlando, Florida this summer!!!

Linda Beth Norwood received the Milton Scholarship at the Texas State Beta Convention in the amount of $1000.
